Attendance that distinguishes an attempt from a check-in
Venue QR journeys, completed check-ins and incomplete journeys are tracked separately. A journey remaining incomplete after 15 minutes is reported as incomplete. Outside-boundary and uncertain-location attempts are recorded separately; they do not count as successful attendance.
Open attendance registrationData checks that expose gaps
The portal checks participant and fixture data, separates registration from approval and routes items needing a decision to authorised organisers. Human review and audit records support accountable event management.
Controlled teams and match operations
Assigned team managers can manage their teams. Code conveners run their assigned games with player identity checks, roster controls and score updates. Match changes include stale-update protection and audit records; public viewers see published fixtures and results.
View published fixturesA public safety route and private operational follow-up
Guests can read approved safety instructions and report a threat or hazard. Authorised organisers handle incident and safety-file follow-up privately. Personal records, identity evidence and internal incident details are kept out of the public dashboard.

Event announcements are available in the portal. Scanning an attendance QR does not subscribe a phone to SMS, WhatsApp or push notifications; automated delivery to scanned phones has not been implemented.
